We see a man peddling a passenger in a rickshaw. They arrive at their destination/stop, and the passenger gives the taxi driver a few coins, which he seems upset/gutted by.
A taxi driver who drives a much faster and more modern motorised taxi pulls up alongside him and their passenger gives them a lot more money. He seems like a bit of an ass/asshole/ jerk/ prick/ dick/ twat because he starts waving his cash at the poor taxi driver, boasting about how much money he made.

Another passenger gets/jumps in and the driver takes off at speed leaving the poor taxi driver in smoke/ exhaust fumes. The little old man coughs and tries to catch his breath until an annoying tourist starts giddily taking/snapping photos of him. She takes/pulls out a map and shows him where she wants to go. He looks at her desired destination and is lost for words when he realises that it’s at the top of a super steep hill.

Nevertheless, he gets to it and starts peddling up the steep hill. His archnemesis flies past/overtakes him in his taxi.
We then see a rock poking/sticking up out of the ground in front of him and sure enough, it slows him down and stops him. All the while, the passenger is completely clueless/ oblivious and continues stuffing her face. She then drops one of her snacks. In an attempt to grab it, she actually jumps out of her seat, taking her weight off the rickshaw and giving the taxi driver a chance to get up over the rock!

After he reaches the top, he celebrates his victory! But that was short-lived because the passenger only gave him a few coins for all his effort. The tourist waddles off /away happily, taking pictures as she goes. To add insult to injury/To pour salt on the wound/ Rub salt in the wound, his archnemesis drops off yet another passenger and collects another wad of cash.
Our little old guy looks down at his coins and peddles away/off, continuing his work.
