Speak aloud while the video is playing and try to explain what is happening. Mention the nouns, try to use the correct verb and see where your gaps are!

We start off by seeing Mr Bean waiting for a train. The whistle blows, and Mr Bean gets on the train, and the young boy on the bench takes out a video recorder and starts filming him. Mr Bean starts waving at the camera but then realises that he doesn’t have his. He panics and frantically starts checking for it. He realises that the one the kid has is his, so he gets off the train to retrieve it. Comically, the train door shuts. Mr Bean realises and runs back over to the train, banging on the door for someone to let him in. Mr Bean then runs along beside the train and sees that he’s left his bag on the train too! He realises there’s nothing he can do and throws a bit of a tantrum!

Mr Bean is sitting on a bench and looks visibly distraught. The young boy goes over to him and gives him back his video camera. Mr Bean grabs the device unapologetically! Mr Bean ignores the young boy, but then notices that he’s copying him. When Mr Bean crosses his leg, the boy does the same. A train is now coming, and the little boy stands up from the bench in excitement because his dad is on that train. But he soon notices that the train is not stopping. He spots his dad, who has made a sign with a phone number on it. The little boy panics because he doesn’t have a pen and paper, but Mr Bean comes up with the idea of recording the sign with his video camera! He confidently runs alongside the train recording until he suddenly trips and falls.

The boy looks through the video to see if Mr Bean was able to catch the phone number, but his fingers are covering the last part. Mr Bean then takes out a little notebook and starts writing down all the possible combinations of numbers that it could have. He then takes out some coins from his wallet and starts calling the numbers. Unfortunately none of them are his dad. Another train approaches, and Mr Bean and the little boy rush to catch it. Once onboard, they look out the window and realise that Mr Bean has left his passport, ticket and wallet on the phone-box, and he faints!

The ticket inspector is now checking the tickets. The little boy hides under the seat while Mr Bean locks himself in the bathroom. He realises that there’s someone else in the bathroom and frantically leaves the bathroom, only to be greeted by the inspector! Both of them get kicked off at the next station. We now see the two of them wandering through the station. The little boy has an idea. He tells Mr. Bean to wait and walks up to a woman begging for money. He bursts into tears and the woman decides to help him. He then looks over at Mr Bean with a look of success. Mr Bean now tries his luck! Mr Bean does the same, but the woman isn’t having any of it and walks away. Mr. Bean and the boy start calling up more numbers, and this time it’s the number of a hotel maid who’s in the same room as his dad.

Mr Bean starts checking the other telephone for change but the security copped on and started running after them. Mr Bean and the young boy started getting hungry and decided to look for some food. They found themselves at a market with all kinds of dishes that they were eyeing up. And a band was playing music too.
